5,965 tonnes of CO2e (CS12)
- 32.97 ha (net planting area)
- Rare habitat expansion through low density montane native planting
- Woodland will sequester almost 6,000 tonnes of CO2e over 50 years
- The scheme will redevelop vegetation that can support a range of wildlife, including a variety of prey resource that can sustain local raptor species.
The project will plant a mix of native Rowan, Downy birch, Common alder and Hawthorn at an elevation above sea level of between 300-500m.
